Each Slow Fuse product includes a combination of red, white & black peppers. Finely ground cayenne red peppers for heat, finely ground white peppercorns for burn and coarsely ground black peppercorns for bite. This combination of peppers along with other herbs & spices provide a unique and balanced flavor. Use their subtle spiciness to enhance your favorite recipes or try the ones we’ve provided.
Our Story
The Slow Fuse Spice Company was born from a fondness of cooking and the joy of entertaining. It all started many years ago with friends & family enjoying the recipes, which progressed to the creation of annual holiday gifts and eventually lead to the production & marketing of these products with the encouragement of these same friends & family.
